I see that Microsoft is making public the specs on their XML implementation in the new Office 2003. Is there a Comet application in here someplace?

I also see references to something called Windows Rights Management that has to do with determining who in an organization get to see which files. At the file level apparently. Could this replace/supplement the awkward Comet security system?
