Mask question

Cloned a program from a customer with 10.2 inventory quanitites to one with 10.3. Forgot to adjust the "##,###,##0.00-' to "#,###,##0.000-'. With a value of 216.000 the mask printed 2,160.00. Shouldn't this error like other mask mistakes?
