Text file copying

Something I've reported before.

Was working an a problem to sent to Brian and was using CometEx to copy files to TMP from ESC. Including DLL files. The files are named ESCWINH.DLL, ESCWINM.DLL, and ESCWINL.DLL. Only seven characters in front of the ".DLL.

When I ran the WDL program from TMP, I got a "dialog not found" even though the DLL is in TMP.

Tried doing a recopy using Qtilities #4 and replacing the existing DLL files. Still got the error.

Deleted all the DLL's on TMP and recopied using Qtilities #4. No go.

Deleted all the DLL's on TMP. Used DOSCOPY to copy the DLL's to T: and then back to TMP. This works.
