Problem appears to be fixed. The printer was sysgen'd printing to \\machine_name\share_name. I created an icon in the printers folder and changed the sysgen to print to that icon. Printing is resumed. HOWEVER, all the other computer (9) are printing to the\\machine_name\share_name and they work.
