Node Lock out errors are caused by having machines of unequal speeds attempting to access files on the server. The faster machines get in and "starve out" the slower machines. Adding a new (faster) machine to your mix of 20 users could have started this problem. Virus checking software will also cause machines to slow down when they check every file that gets opened so you need to check your settings. The only way the lockout problem can be solved to our knowledge is to add a Comet file system that "equalizes" the machines across the network.
