Well, did not mean to spend a lot of time on this.
I am no expert on it either.
Will look as your info in more detail tomorrow.

Seems like your #4 is not jiving with what I am seeing.

Also on Point 3... HTMLPTR.IBS does not adhere to that.

I think something might not be fully understood here.

In a nut shell...

with the standard HTMLPTR.IBS on a Comet Sesssion,
every LPH ends up in the same window. I am seeing this
and the other posters saw this.

I changed our HTMLPTR.IBS to do a LAUNCH for Comet Sessions,
instead of a shellexecute.

I changed the HTMLPTR program to look like this.

LaunchIt:
Print (0) (Launch=path$) & Wait
!Close (20)
!Open (20) "X00"
!Print (20) (ShellExecute="Open",path$,"","",1)
!Close (20)
Rtn: Return

That was all I did.
Now every LPH comes up in its own window.
Which is what I prefer and sounds like the other posters were looking for.

Have you tried to replicate this specific process?

Side note, though it should not make a diffence, is that LPH is producing .HTML file type not .HTM
The actions for each look to be the same.

My system still has IE6 on it.
