Yes I have already run into the PCI Compliance.
That topic came up rather quickly.

I have spoken with NOVA about going direct,
They want to make sure they can certify the POS App before they would allow it access to their network.
(Going to be sending me a form...)

Have you had to deal with that with the CC processors you are using?
