Ahh, Nope.
Guess thats my problem.
No Comet server on \\RBCNEW1.

Knew I was missing something simple.
Makes sense now... COPYFILE needs CFAM.
Guess I had a little problem interpreting the documentation, though I read it about 10 times.

Guess it's time for DOSCOPY
