I'm going to make a wild guess and suggest you try renaming the printer using a shorter name. I recall there being an issue with Windows printer names longer than 40 characters. Yours appears to be longer than that. I agree there's nothing in the log to suggest this is the problem, but if it's not too much trouble to change it please give it a try.
