it a few times, we charge an annual support fee to our clients and after =

changes
you made to an annual subscription we know add that cost for them on to
their normal support invoice. We itemize it separately so as to charge =

appropriate user charge & itemize either as the c2k? ops fee, comet
anywhere. After they pay this fee there are uh-ohs (as you previously
stated) or hidden
charges. Since we are looking at our next years annual membership =
billing
now (invoices are sent out May 1st) for any adjustments I am asking you =
to
inform
us of any further changes that you are considering. Listed below is what =
we
know of presently (based on what we use):

Am I correct on this. Will CometServe 32 have an annual fee? Any others =

you believe will have a repetitive fee?
I need to know this ALWAYS before we send out our renewal membership
invoices. We send out a reminder (January) with a question
to our clients "Will anything change before we send May 1 bills out for
membership? User counts up/down, network platform
products presently using CometAnywhere, NLM, CS32..?" By doing this we =
know
what to order from Signature by March 15th.
