The members only solution may be the next step. We were already filtering out most asian IP addresses in our firewall. We also were filtering on key words in the forum postings themselves. It was getting so that even Steve Auerbach could not take the language of the spam and called Barb to remove it!

Here is a reference to the spammer/hacker log that we keep. You can see many attempts per day. Over 30 today so far.
