First some terminology.. CFAM has always supported "extended keyed files". They allow record sizes up to 8000 and key sizes up to 254. CFAM was first introduced in Comet 2004. Multi-keyed files are extended keyed files that support sub-keys as well as the primary key. These were introduced with Comet 2006.
