That shows the comet cookie attempting to be set. You need to check the browser to see if it really was set. If you use the link I sent in my previous post, you should see the cookie after a refresh.
You are not generating the cycle number in the 2 leading characters of the cCometContext cookie even if it is being set. That is an indication of either not having the latest REL update, which contains an updated xapmon program, or some program erasing all files from the cos/temp folder.
The rel should be 7.07
