Version 2.51.

On one PC I have pdfFactory/Properties/Printing Preferences/Setup/"Do not show" unchecked. When I print to LPP, the pdfFactory menu pops up and I can view, mail, print, etc the file.

On another PC, I have the the "Do not show" checked. The PDF goes direcly to AutoSave where I can open it with my default viewer (Abobe).

Toggling the box might get you what you want.
