cosw.ini and printer font

I changed Cosw.ini on the server tto read lias pasted below. Now the compressed print works when printing from the server onto LP1 (the Ljet 4100) but printing from a workstation still results in 10 CPI printing. How do I get these setting to work on the workstations? The system is set up so worstation run the comet.exe on the server, so ther don't appear to be any Comet files on the workstation except the shortcut.
