When Brian says he tries to open "D&S" ... COSW.INI, does he mean first one found in any subdirectory? Meaning if there isn't one in "All Users" and there is one in "User1" then the open is satisfied. If the open fails, he then looks in C:\Windows. If that fails he creates one in "D&S\All Users".
Still unsure of your configuration. A COSW.INI in every "D&S\User" folder? Or, a COSW.INI in "All users" where the CATEMP path is also "All Users" and not a specific user.
Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
