Beginning in UTL 7.04 Data Express requires #CFILES as the Data Dictionary. It also includes a new back-end processor for the Reporter. This means you can't use DbMgr or ViewMgr unless you convert either your #FILES or your .d00s to #CFILES. Therefore, we are recommending that you not go beyond UTL 7.03 unless you plan to convert. So, why not give it a try?
