2008 Certificate problem...>

I tried to install my first C2008 certificate at an end-user this morning using Edit/Update License from SecurityServer32. I received an error message stating "Insufficient licenses for currnet users. License update failed." The C2007 certificate and the C2008 certificate show identical user counts - the only differences between the two I see are the cert code itself and CometAnywhere 2007 vs. CometAnywhere2008. All users except the CometAnywhere host were logged out. Any ideas?
