That is "access denied" on the destination path. DbMgr copies the .dll and bitmap for the dialog from the UTL folder to your $(CATOOLS) folder. Check the path associated with that alias. Make sure you're on all the latest releases of Comet, the Server Products, and UTL. If you don't see a problem with $(CATOOLS) check the Comet startup details file and see if there's more info about the copyfile failure. Send that file if you're still having problems.
