Q-land with 286 pc's running QICPC on newly Color screens. 20 years from now? Dam, don't have a clue!! I do know that a different kind of revolution is happening on the internet today. Think of Jim 20 years ago. That's what the 20/30 somethings are doing out there now and some of them are millionaires. I wish I had a better idea of what's going on in their heads. What mind altering projects are dealers doing today involving Comet? Sometimes I feel like I'm falling behind. I'm no longer anywhere near the lead dogs like yester-year, I'm turning into a follower and increasingly relying on OTHER software besides Comet. My clients are starting to revolt about paying subscriptions for tons of software that's out there and this includes MS. This OTHER software is not directly in my control. Clients tend to buy from anywhere. My business app software is being surrounded by OTHERS. Doesn't anyone think about this?? 5 years?? 10 years??, etc... The cost of a workstation, hardware is going down. Software per workstation is going UP!!!
