Just a quick mention. Recently supported a DELL client where DELL support was taking 50% plus of the CPU resourse. DELL Support software is new to me. With outsourced Indian, conversation ENGLISH is difficult. There are 3 methods of communication. Voice (phone), E-mail or messaging (you know, like ICQ). Between my client and me, decided to use messaging. DELL has a nice ICQ like interface with clients. The language difficulties can be reduced by communicating directly via a messager type service. Easier!!! Un-installed DELL Support and re-installed DELL SUpport . Problem solved....
