New Reporter Starts.
Click on button to start DBMANAGER.
Click on Close Button to exit DBManager and it exits back to QMONITOR.
Seems like it should return back to The Reporter.
Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
