Printer Paper Sizes

Customer had odd sized labels 8 1/2 x 12
When I issued Print (Lun) (TR);(SetPrinterInfo = PI.DMPAPERSIZE,5)
which set paper size to legal, that worked....
then tried Print (Lun) (TR);(SetPrinterInfo = PI.DMPAPERSIZE,40)
which says 8 1/2 x 12 in documentation, but doesn't work.

Looking at PrintCtl.inc - is says include: SET DEFINE.PAPER.SIZES = 1 in your code. I did and still doesn't work

Any suggestions???
