QERRLOG problem...>

I'm connected to an end-user and have a file that's not clearing. It turns out the program is getting an array subscript error, I'll look into that and fix the problem. However, nothing is getting written to QERRLOG! I've cleared QERRLOG, erased it and put it on a different directory, I run the program and generate an error message and get not entry to QERRLOG. Comet2007 385, utilities 07.04. CometServer 7.05.
