No fun today.

Decided to eliminate the Reporter from the mix. Wrote a test program to do an UPDATE on a test file. Date/Time OK every foreground and background run.

Went back to my first test program that, on Monday, didn't Date/Time stamp the $ file. Today it does.

Arrrrrg!!!
