Qutilities Copy #CFILES

1) Used DBMGR to create empty #CFILES in cos.
2) DBMGR stop and restarted without a problem.
3) Used Qutilities #4 copy to copy #CFILES to a different directory
4) Erased #CFILES in COS.
5) Copied #CFILES back the temp directory into COS.
6) Now DBMGR has message on start about creating / converting to #CFILES

Is there something I should know about copying an extended key file?
