File Handlers

Attempted to install Comet2003 build 328 on XP machine, but error came back when tried to sign on "Too many file handles, reduce number of partitions" (Single User).

In DOS the file handles were in the config.sys file, but never have seen the problem in Windows 95, 98, or XP.

Any help would be appreciated. No problem with others installed
