when did the functionality of "num2date" change? we've been using "mode 5" for quite awhile, and suddenly every date is "today".
according to the docs, modes 4-6 always use today's date. it certainly didn't behave this way before..
to put it another way: there's now no (apparent) way to easily convert a date to the internet-friendly "Wed, 21 May 2008 12:58:37 -0500 +0100".
