Anyone have any thoughts at all on this, before I resort to writing a VB.NET program I can use with Windows Task Scheduler to shut down CAW Sessions, before the CAHOST is shut down for backup? (yes I stop comet services also.)

BTW, I tried running QIPL and QIPL0 on the CAW session.
While they do shut down the CAW Session, they also produce the same Session Disconnected MessageBox.
