Thanks for the quick implementation of these requests - things work like a charm. Now I can output to Text or HTML printers, avoid the
launch of either Notepad or Internet Explorer, pull the file name back
and integrate the report into an Email and out she goes! Working along the same lines is it possible to get a DES or a switch on the
create statement that will allow the output to be delimited in the same manner as R/G? This way I can get the output into Excel.
1) DES method. If the output printer is a No-Launch, delimited file
I can simply Input the # buffer to get the file name then read & write
to a text file with XLS extension. Then do my launch.
2) Create method. Simply build the file and do the launch.
