Well, Mike, it looks like you hit the bug on the head! Qspool4 is a very old program. It was only transfering the .htm file if you were a CA client. We've learned that we need to do this regardless so the user doesn't have to have Windows access to the source folder. I believe I've corrected it. Unzip this on top of REL 8.02 only and give it a try.

If there's no reason to still run the legacy viewer we'd just as soon remove it from the options. Does everyone agree that the browser viewer is better?
