Missing PDF files

Printing from the Spooler to my pdfFactory printer. 24 jobs in the spooler. Used the "R" option and "Y" for close printer between jobs.

Five of the 24 jobs failed to make it to the spooler (jobs 7, 12, 15, 17, and 23). All 12 big jobs (60+ pages) and 7 of the small jobs (4 p-5 pages) created PDF's in the AutoSave folder. The five jobs that didn't were all small jobs.

Checked the PDF from before and after to see if any the missing jobs were inbedded. None were.

Had this happen earlier today with a batch of 18 jobs. Same MO, only some of the small jobs went missing.
