CS32 on NT

Are there any issues with the latest version of CometServe32 running
on Windows NT4 Server? We have a customer that we're trying to subscribe to Comet2004 - I don't want them to subscribe & then not be
able to run current versions. We're working on getting them onto a
more current server platform but their IT people are in Germany.
