One of my larger account implemented a Wiki using Mediawiki to start documenting their ever more complex Comet system.
Also is a nice scratch pad for all the little things we want to remember and need to do at random times... Stuff like setting up a new PC, a new server or turning off some of the annoyance in Windoze.
What is great also, is the ability to incorporate information from different sources. So we included program & files definitions. Flowchart with file interractions and data flow.
The ability to control access level was also a big plus. We basically restricted access to the IT people with different levels of access that force people to be registered and logged in to be allowed to add/edit any content.
Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
