No Jim ... I never thought it was a comet issue. I realize it's an excel issue. I know if you manually enter a number in a column a preceed it with a single quote, then all is OK. I would have thought (hoped) that if you place a single quote at the beginning of a field to import, that it would act the same. Unfortunately, I have not found that to be true.
