Barb and I figured out why DocMgr doesn't work on Vista. Barb wanted to debug so created a shortcut to COSP.EXE. The window pops up for .5 sec and disappears. TaskMgr shows it's active for about 45 seconds, then it disappears there also. Side notes: Adobe 7.0 and earlier won't work on Vista. Must go to Adobe 8.0. If you install Adobe 8.0 over Adobe 7.0 you're asked if you want to delete Adobe 7.0. Say YES. If your asked to terminate specific PROCESS ID'S via TaskMgr so Adobe 8.0 can auto set something up, DON'T DO IT. SAY NO!! Messed up my installation, my serial # was bad, couldn't install or un-install. Spent and entire day on the phone with adobe getting my system back up..
