Hi Herb. This error can occur for several reasons. The problem may be that InstallShield was not able to move a file because it didn't have write permission or the file was locked. Make sure you have Administrator access when performing the install and also make sure all Comet products are closed. If you continue having this problem try and give me more information about the installation (e.g. Comet Vsn, OS, etc.)
