HELP HELP - Error 00/99

Customer reported getting errors via email late yesterday. I tried running the same program via VPN this AM. E00/99. They rebooted the Win 2000 server but the 00/99 persist. All programs are erroring with 00/99. Can't DIRCAT, NETINQ, etc.

They had a power outage on Monday but were working OK on Tuesday and most of Wednesday.

Was able to list QERRLOG and clear it with CometExplorer.

Going on-site. Should be there in 45 minutes.

I'll check here when I get there.
