I agree, there are many times you know the report you want and just want to type in the name. Why not add add two text boxes on the opening screen for report name and dir (if no DIR supplied then open the one on the first dab). This would be an alternative to searching the directory and would save a lot of time for people like us that have hundreds of reports, but we know the name of the report we want to end/view.
