I have an end-user in LA with remote users. I have configured a # printer configured with PFONTN, one other with PFONTC and a third with :RAW. They can print to either the PFONTN or PFONTC printers, but any attempt to print to the :RAW printer starts the print job, it prints a few lines of the heading and the fault light on the dot matrix printer comes on and flashes. Same symptoms occur on either a program or a DIRCAT. Running Comet2007 381 06.04 The only other piece of info he could give me was that they had a power go out in the offices this week. If an object program got fried with the power outage, what do I need to replace to get them running with :RAW again? Do I have to reinstall REL or UTL?
