Posted a messaged earlier and have some additional information.
Installing CSP.exe on a fresh Win2003 server. The USB dongle fails with "The Comet USB Dongle Driver Could Not be Installed". The dongle was already in a USB port and I cancelled Win2003's attemps to install a driver. CSP.exe does continue to the reboot message but the service etc. fails to install. Rebooting is fruitless.
After several attempts, I've found that the following steps will work.
1. After the first CSP.exe fails, do not reboot.
2. Find cbsetup.exe and run it manually. It doesn't need a reboot.
3. Run CSB.exe again, the install should complete. Reboot. TaDa!!
