PDF question

Customer has Adobe on a few workstations and CutePDF on all workstations. Corporate says CutePDF is free and that's what will be used. Both the Adobe and CutePDF generate PDF files from Comet with the top and left margins ignored. When a PDF is reprinted the printer cuts of the margins. See attached PDF's.

pdfFactory maintains the margins so I've had no problem.

I installed pdfFactory on my remote support PC and it works as it should. I had their IT guy install CutePDF. It strips the margins. pdfFactory has a Metrics tab that shows margins. .25 all around. CutePDF and Adobe don't have anything like it.

I don't care about the CutePDF users they're set up as Windows printers and don't interact with Comet. However, I'd like the Adobe users to work the same way as pdfFactory.

Anybody know how?
