Just need to make sure your system has plenty of memory.

Works pretty slick, and so far trouble free, for me.

Using it as Microsoft Virtual PC does not support USB devices.

I have not tried VMWare Server yet, even though it is FREE.
Which is what is needed for W2K3 or W2K8 server.
