One log you might want to send us is the CFAM.log from the client getting the E9B. If you bring up the file server dialog on the client (it will be running there if the client has any local cfam dirs), click on "View", then "CFAM Log". When it opens up the log window it will tell you the pathname of where the file is being stored - probably the temp folder where Comet is running from. Take a look at it. If the temp folder hasn't been cleared you should see entries from more than just today.
