Follow up. I renamed Comet.exe and ran the install. No errors, no prompts, just ran. AND I did not get a new Comet.exe. In short, the install did not install. Something on my machine is stopping the install but I don't know what. And maybe the same thing is happening at my customer. How can I see or determine what's the villain?
