When you say you cannot edit, I assume that you mean you don't have the source code.
If you can make the form program to print to a file (by using a different printer configuration) you could then write a simple little program that would copy that file to the printer while adding the barcode at the proper place. Maybe even configure it as a DDL Driver in your .INI file (it would be more efficient as you could catch every page one by one).
Could also be possible through the SPOOLER.
There's probably a few more ways of doing that...
