Network 1. Novell Network running latest version of CometServe.
Network 2. NT Network.
Network 1 provides security and some data storage for Network 2.
Network 2 connects to Network 1 via a wireless bridge approx 1000 feet.
In the last two weeks Network 2 has consistantly been getting error 87's on a daily basis and we have to rebuild the QDIR files ( option 38 ).
This wireless bridge has been in place for approx 4 years without incident.
Network 2 was running Comet 504. I upgraded them to Comet 98 this week trying to resolve the problem. Problem persists.
Network 2 comet startup consists of "L:\DPAC\REL\COSW.EXE /N1 /PN=GPXX".
The folders are configured in Comet.INI as type "N".
Attached is the Comet.INI file that is being used on network 2.
Any help would be appreciated.
