Do you have CometServe32 running? If this is a single-user system, you don't need a license for it. If it is running, bring its dialog up and click on "View". Is "CFAM Log" enabled? This indicates whether or not CFAM is running. If this doesn't solve your problem, please send startup details and Comet.ini.
