FILE (#) CSV

in the release notes of Comet 2008.393, it says that the FILE (#) CSV now works with the '#' buffer.

It fails to explain if it process the data on the read or the write.

Also, the IB compiler accept the directive, unfortunately the cosM32 Comet 32 Compiler does not... so cannot combine large format/variables with the FILE (#) CSV
