Phantom sessions

Dropped this to a low priority of monitoring. Occassionally instead of daily. Mostly Been looking at the server consoles. If users = n then CFAM should be 2n. Sometimes I look at NETINQ. Heretofore, phantoms would show up in CFAM as odd number or not 2n.

Found this in NETINQ at a customer with Comet 2008 but not quite up to date.
